This October, SIMA brings its members a stunning, newly released, and award-winning film: Daughters of the Forest. Filmed in two mountainous areas of Mexico, Daughters of the Forest tells the story of two young indigenous mycologists and their connection between ancient ancestral knowledge of foraging and modern ecological science.
